These terms and conditions apply to your purchases through the web shop, which is run by Snoos A/S, Denmark; CVR DK38741411.


Snoos A/S accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and JCB.
After your successful payment, the full amount will be reserved on you bank account Only after the merchandise is being shipped the payment will be charged to your account.
You have the option of selecting the currency you would like the price of the item shown in. You can choose between Danish crowns, euros, and British pounds. All prices include VAT.


Snoos A/S does not save nor handle your payment information. This is handled by Quickpay, who complete more than 2 million payment transactions a month.
Information sent through our web shop is encrypted with SSL-protocol (Secure Socket Layer). This means that unauthorized persons cannot ready your information while you communicate with our web shop and during your payment transaction with Quickpay.


Snoos makes every effort to ship orders placed before 12:00 pm that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm may not be shipped until the following day.
Snoos offers shipping to recipient by PostNord, GLS, or similar (unless otherwise stated). Timely delivery depends on the carrier meeting the stated delivery time. If there is a delay on part of the carrier, this in turn may delay delivery past the desired delivery date. In case of extremely delayed (several days) or completely missing deliveries, Snoos will obviously send a new shipment free of charge.
Delivery to certain islands or outlying districts can take longer.

Right of complaint

Snoos A/S offers a 2-year right of complaint pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering extensive defects in manufacturing or materials discovered during the normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damages, or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from improper use, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized repairs. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during routine examination of the merchandise must be reported to Snoos A/S within a reasonable time. After this, the item can be returned for repair, exchange, or – if agreed – store credit. In case of complaint cases, Snoos A/S defrays return expenses to a reasonable extent.

We don’t guarantee receipt of merchandise without a prior agreement. Note that we do not accept packages sent COD. Please enclose sufficient information – such as a copy of the order confirmation, registration number, and bank account number to which you want repayment submitted, copy of any previous correspondence, etc.
A piece of merchandise can also be returned by refusing delivery.


In case of agreed discounts, returned merchandise, or prepaid merchandise for which the order is cancelled before shipping, a complete or partial return of the purchase price must take place. Repayment is usually done via bank transfer or returned to your card via Quickpay. In cases where the amount is repaid via bank transfer, we therefore need information about the registration number and account number to your bank account. This is not sensitive information and can be submitted easily by e-mail or another traditional form of correspondence.

Right of cancellation

There is a 30-day right of cancellation of purchase, calculated from the day it is received, unless otherwise stated. If you choose to cancel a purchase, you simply have to return the merchandise in substantially the same condition and amount as when you received it. When the return merchandise has been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.


Any cancellation must be reported to us no later than 30 days after the purchase, and after the cancellation, you need to return the shipment no later than 10 days from that date.

To expedite matters, you may want to fill out our cancellation form and send it with the merchandise.

Condition of the merchandise

You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the merchandise, due to different handling than that necessary to establish the kind, features, and functioning of the merchandise.
If the merchandise has been tested beyond the above description, we consider it used, which means that when cancelling the purchase, you will only be repaid part or none of the purchase price, depending on the fair market value of the item.
This means that to get back the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you would in a physical store, which is test the alarm system, but don’t actually start to use it.
